The Z650RS is the retro-styled roadster version of the Z650, sharing the 649 cc liquid-cooled twin. It uses a semi-dry sump forced lubrication system and a smaller 12-litre tank than the naked Z650. The page gives an 820 mm seat height for European models and mentions a lower 800 mm seat option.
